It’s conceivable that on Android you’ll have to hard press a video in the History to multi-select (for example, this was a good idea). To delete one or more events and their associated recordings, use the trash can icon. “Delete” should be chosen.

Open the Ring Doorbell app on your Android or iOS device. Select the ‘more’ icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen. Select ‘History.’ Swipe to the right. Check the box next to the event you wish to delete.

Following the end of your account’s storage period under the Ring Protect Plan, videos in your account will be permanently erased. For more information on Ring’s video storage periods, see here. Note: If you do not have a Ring Protect Plan, no recordings will be kept.

Your Ring videos are kept in the cloud for up to 30 days. Download important films to your PC or mobile device if you’d like them to last longer than that. You may do this from the Ring app or by going here.

Deleted activity from your Ring app is a straightforward process. To choose the event or events you want to remove, tap the circle. To delete an event and the recorded video, press the red trash can icon. Confirm by tapping Delete.

You can have as many Ring cameras as you want, but there is a limit to the number of devices that can be associated with one Ring account.

The Ring Stick Up Cam does not record footage 24/7. It only records when it detects motion or sound.

Ring videos are saved for a minimum of 60 days without a subscription.

You only need one Ring camera, but it’s important to place it in a location where it can cover as much of your property as possible.
