On your web browser, go to Uber.com or open the Uber app. Select Login rather than Sign In (just below the login form). Head over to Forgot Password on the login screen (just below the login form). Confirm your email address by clicking Send. You’ll receive an email from Uber with a unique link. Click it to activate your account.

Uber account suspension may occur as a result of one or more of the company’s community rules being broken. Perpetual account deactivation can be caused by breaches of Uber’s community standards and non-discrimination policies.
